If you are a UK customer buying online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To cancel, please email us at info@hawellnessandbeauty.com.

Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the products to us.

Returns

Returned products should be:

  • unused
  • unopened where applicable
  • in their original packaging
  • in a resalable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not be able to accept returns of products that have been opened, used or unsealed, unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Selected H:A Wellness & Beauty products may be covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.

If you are not happy with an eligible product, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your order.

  • your order number
  • the product you purchased
  • the reason you are not satisfied

The guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from hawellnessandbeauty.com.

We may ask you to return the product, remaining contents or packaging before issuing a refund.

Unless stated otherwise, the guarantee:

  • applies once per customer or household
  • applies to the original product purchase only
  • does not apply to gift cards
  • does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or products purchased from unauthorised sellers
  • may exclude delivery charges unless the product is faulty or we choose otherwise

This guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace or reduce them.

Damaged, Faulty Or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@hawellnessandbeauty.com.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • photos of the item, packaging and delivery box where possible

If the product is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund or other remedy.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning products to us.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

If your return is due to a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we will advise you on the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Delivery Charges

Original delivery charges may not be refunded unless:

  • the item is faulty
  • the item is damaged
  • the item is incorrect
  • we are required to refund them by law
  • we choose to refund them as part of our 90-day money-back guarantee

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
